Scientific literature on the Feldenkrais method - a quick overview
Einleitung Introduction
"For 2400 years patients believed that doctors were doing good; for 2300 years they were wrong." (David Wootton: Bad Medicine)
"Feeling is not such a wonderful thing on which to rely." (Moshé Feldenkrais in AY#126)
... für Nicht-Wissenschaftler for non-scientists
Lesetipps
No need to be afraid of science, it is nothing but an extension of common sense:
Wishful thinking, selective memory (successes preferred!), and much else cloud our view of reality - science, at its core, is simply the attempt to reduce these influences as far as possible.
Whatever our experiences may seem to prove - double checking does no harm ("trust, but verify" - compare also the quotations above). Reading suggestions
